Compensation & Bonuses

• Competitive hourly pay rates
  Our travelers receive some of the Industry's top pay rates, with tax-free travel reimbursements and tax advantage programs.  Earn more through assignments with Call and Overtime requests. 
   
• Referral bonuses
  If you refer a friend to SurgiStaff you will be eligible to receive a bonus of $300 after your friend has completed their first 13-week assignment!

Options

• Local contracts and short term Travel contracts
  We offer contracts local to the Bay Area. If you've always wanted to become a Traveler, ask us what the qualifications and options are to begin an assignment. If you are a local resident and want options that might fit your needs, ask us about Local and Travler options.

 Housing

• Private housing is provided or choose our Housing Allowance.                 SurgiStaff provides fully furnished private housing near to your assignment facility.  If you choose to provide your own housing, you will receive our housing allowance.  Ask for more details about housing in near the assignments you are considering. 
   

Travel provisions

• Travel reimbursement
  We will arrange for and provide travel to and from your assignment, tax-free. Whether you choose to drive to your assignment or take a plane, we offer reimbursement for expenses when driving or a round-trip ticket to your assignment. 

Insurance Benefits

• Medical insurance
  Our company health plan has 13 Flexplans to choose from! SurgiStaff pays half of each Employee's premium, so select the plan that best suits your needs!   

• Dental & Vision insurance 
  We pay 100 percent of your dental & vision insurance premiums. Dental and Vision coverage is contingent on your participation in our overall Medical coverage program.
